Processing
First developed to promote software literacy within the visual arts, Processing introduces visual computer programming to students, artists, designers, and hobbyists. Images and animations come to life, and can be bundled into an applet or application with ease. Processing’s premise – that students or casual programmers shouldn’t be forced to learn programming nuances and that testing an idea is sometimes more important than the appearance of the code – is one that we wholeheartedly support.
