Dipity
If you’ve ever felt the desire to stitch together the various elements of your online life, Dipity has the solution. This creative web-based service enables registered users to create and share interactive timelines on a wide range of topics. Items entered as landmarks on a timeline can be formatted as styled text, images, video, and multimedia. The same landmarks can also be presented as a list, as smoothly transitioning sheets of a flipbook, or they can be related to geographical locations via Google Maps. Although Dipity’s purpose is to create linear graphs, it shares SpicyNodes’ goal of offering users a variety of media in a highly interactive interface.
